Diary Uwaiys : Kasihannya, asyik muntah..

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim~ Assalamualaikum wrt wbt

Alhamdulillah we welcomed our second bundle of joy on the 25th Dec 2016 :) A boy named Uwaiys Izzudin

Uwaiys is an easy baby just like Imran Alhamdulillah :) give him milk,  burp him up,  then he'll fall asleep for the next 3 hours.  Alhamdulillah.

One thing is,  after feeding he will vomits some or all of his milk.  That happened when he was less than 2 weeks old.  He will vomits even while feeding,  that made me shocked. I was a bit stressed when he vomitted,  because after that he will not sleep,  and keep asking for more milk. :(

Ouh and he couldn't tolerate mix types of milk - breast milk + formula. Coz sometimes i can only expressed 2oz of breastmilk,  which is not enough for him,  so we topped up with formula :(  of course uwaiys will vomitted out all of then and that certainly made me felt down.  Yup,  coz it's not easy to get 2oz,  and every drops is like golden drops gifted by God.

When this happened,  i said to myself breastmilk is rezeki from Allah,  if he destined it will be uwaiys' food,  then it will be.  If uwaiys happened to vomit it out,  then it is not his rezeki even i already expressed it out with difficulty.  That made my heart and emotions calmer :)

Husbster said maybe the stomach was not strong yet.  Yup i agree,  that's why he kept on had this regurgitation.

Alhamdulillah  Now he is almost 3 weeks old. Alhamdulillah,  he feeds well,  no more vomitting. Sleeps well and thriving.
